I’ve come to this realization that people change, and they don’t change together. if you’re gone from someone’s life for a period of time, it takes time to get back into pace and sometimes you can’t even fall back into that same pace. lately i’ve been learning that once someone is insecure about your relationship, you can’t make them not insecure and then is it really worth it to have them in your life? sometimes you just need the people who will help you along your journey in life, who will be with you in your times of need or struggle and in times of celebration. finding these people are tough.
2 weeks after being 19, i’ve decided it’s time for change. I lost a friend, because apparently she thinks we have nothing in common anymore. I saw someone die in the middle of pacific coast highway. I turned 19. I’ve gained 20 pounds in the past year.I’ve never been more body conscious. I bought my own car. I’ve gotten a raise. I’ve thrown out 5 10 gallon bags of clothes. I am on a mission to shed at least 30lbs. Figure out what I’m doing. Actually go to my classes and get my shit together. Focus on me and what i need to do. Here it goes.
